easy and simple buying experience, ask for Rob!

Outstanding customer service and attention to detail. I found all of these qualities within Auto Giant USA. Customer satisfaction drives up business for a company. I highly recommend this business to everyone . Sales representatives Doente was top notch in answering all of my questions. I'm impressed with his quick response and attention to details. Dylan in finance made the transaction smooth and efficient. I could not of asked for anything better!!

I found a vehicle I wanted from them online, almost immediately Dru Biggerstaff sent me a video of the entire vehicle and was willing to answer any questions I had. Even after the company was closed he would still answer and help me out with the decision. I was out of state and yet they made everything easy with numbers on the vehicle and shipping it to me! Definitely recommend the company and I would ask for Dru if you need your vehicle needs met!

Had a great shopping experience today with Gus. He answered all my questions with kindness & knowledge about my new Mercedes. Everyone I dealt with including the financial advisor, Dylan, was amazing. Took the vehicle before purchase to my personal mechanics to have it inspected and everything came back A1. Highly recommend this team And will be back to this location for my next vehicle purchase!

Dru and the staff at Auto Giant were great to work with! Let me test drive a truck multiple times, had a ton of paperwork ready when I showed up to purchase. Not the usual "dealership" experience you would be afraid of.

We live an hour and a half away, spent the day car shopping, found one we was interested in looking at but it was going to be 10 min before closing time before we could get there, called, Rob waited on us to get there and stayed late for test drive and for my indecisive daughter to decide if she wanted the car or not, we ended up making the purchase and he was great the entire time, not pushy and no rush highly recommend
