Dru went above and beyond by shooting and sending me a detailed video of the Wrangler, which really helped me feel confident about the vehicle before seeing it in person. Arein was also incredibly helpful—walking me through the buying process, answering all of my questions and concerns, and making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Great customer service like this is rare, and I truly appreciate the time and effort they both put into making my purchase a great experience.
